India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited (IIFCL) has released therecruitment notification for 40 Assistant Managers (Grade A) post in 2024. The intrested candidate can apply for the post. Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Post-graduate degree in any of the following disciplines, MBA/PGDM, LLB, CA, B.Tech/B.E. from a recognized institute.
- Age Limit: 21 yrs – 30 yrs (as of the notification date) Age relaxation is available for reserved categories as per government norms.
- Experience: The candidate should have at least one year of experience in an officer cadre in banks, financial institutions, or reputed organizations.
Selection Process
The selection process for Assistant Manager consists of:
- Preliminary Screening
- Written Examination (includes reasoning, quantitative aptitude, English, financial current affairs, and domain knowledge).
- Behavioral Examination
- Personal Interview
Exam Pattern
- Section 1: Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, and Financial Current Affairs. (number of questions:100, mark:100, time: 60 minutes).
- Section 2: Subject knowledge (Number of questions: 50, mark 50, time: 60 minutes).
There is no negative marking.
